We are all alive in this moment. However how alive is alive? Each person must put effort into their lives to gain the most from it. It is not that living is hard that is the problem or that the effort that is put into things goes un-noticed. It is really the quality of that effort that is the key. If we put a low quality of effort into our projects then less will ensue from that effort. Effort and quality of effort has its own particular vibrational signal.
For instance everything has a vibration and all things have a particular quality of vibration. Laughter has a high vibration and sadness has a lower vibration. If we attack our lives and days with laughter and happiness then we bring a high lighter vibration to all of our situations. Laughter and lightness is expansive and it is engaging to all. Whilst misery is engaging to no one as it is contractive. Think about it, how many miserable people do you like to be around? Not many I bet. We are only around these people for a short a time as we can manage. These people bring our own mood down and are draining to us. Everything has a vibration. All people places and things, including emotions and states of being have their own vibration.
Who likes to be around happy people? Hands up! Everyone does. That is because these people feed our own energy system and raise our vibration. They mostly have a positive impact on us. We all like to be at happy social occasions as they feed out soul. However there are some people who do not like to be around happy people. This is usually because they feel out of their comfort zone due to shyness or social awkwardness, or perhaps because they are out of sorts themselves. These people either feel resentful of happy people being happy as they are not in that place themselves. Or they just find them tiring due to the high energy levels that happy people exude. This will be the case if the person is physically ill with low energy levels usually. Rest, peace and quiet will be more likely what you need.
If you are emotionally depleted and just a little out of sorts then happy people are what you need. They will raise your low vibration and be infectious to you. They will have energy for you to sap as they will be giving off energy in abundance. Have you ever met a person who was a little fed up or even depressed and after talking to them you found yourself feeling low on energy or emotionally drained? Well there is your reason. They sapped your energy levels.
However if you are very unwell or really very lacking in energy happy energetic people can be more draining to you in the short term. As maybe what you need is just rest and peace and quiet. As I said before everything has its own vibration and we are affected on all levels of our lives by vibrations and the quality of each and every vibration.
Social Gatherings and Personal Vibrations.
People who do not like to be amongst vibrant people tend to hate social gatherings. These tend to be people who find engaging with others difficult. The difficulty of social engagement lays in the differences in vibrational levels of the people. If a person has a weak vibration then they will be less likely to like being around people with a strong vibrational signal. They will feel engulfed by that as well as perhaps threatened by it. People who are shy have a weak vibrational signal. Think about it, most of us have encountered someone who’s shy. Close your eyes and think about that encounter. Were you intimidated by that person? No you were not. They were non-threatening and maybe you found their demeanour a little irritating and maybe even pathetic depending on who they were and the circumstances of the encounter. Don’t get me wrong I have had my moments of shyness as probably many of us have.
These attributes can be overcome with a little self-confidence, experience and knowledge. Shyness has its own vibration and it is a weak vibration. What is required is a change in mental state to raise the vibration of the person. All vibrations are responded to by others who are feeling that vibration. In the main most people find social gatherings especially family gatherings a blast and love to be invited to such gatherings.
Raise the Vibration
It is partly to raise our own vibration and to make ourselves feel good, that we all go to social gatherings. We can also raise our own vibration by just thinking of happy things. Good memories of past happenings and occurrences will do the trick and raise our vibration. The brain does not know what is real and in this moment or in the past. It does not differentiate between happy things that have actually happened to us and happy things that we have seen and understood. So you can make anything up and your brain will accept it as true for you. I am happy right now. Say it and tell yourself it often and it will become true for you in reality. You will raise your vibration and you will understand the truth of what I am saying here to you now. In time you will feel happier and other people will respond to you in a positive happy way. Life will change and that change may be fast or slow but positive happy thoughts will bring positive change.
Look for the things that will feed your soul and make you happy. Look for people who are on that high vibration and are positive and happy to feed your soul. Settle for nothing less than that which will enhance your situation. We all meet people who are in a down or depressed state from time to time. Please share this knowledge with them and try to get them to do affirmations each day. I am happy fulfilled and in a good space….that kind of thing. Train your brain and get these people to train theirs. I know depression is an illness but it is also a choice for some people. Take active steps to alleviate states of depression with positive actions and thoughts.
We all from time to time become down for one reason or another but there is no need to feed these states. There is a lot that we can do personally to change our mood. Life does not just fall into our laps. Or at least for most people it does not. So we all have to go out there into life and carve it for ourselves. This takes time effort and self-belief on our part. That is a story for another day. The message for today is know that you can change your mood by raising your own vibration.
